a little late…

Halloweeeeeenn!!

We had a great time on Saturday at Sara and Rob’s wedding at the Barn of Barrington. We wish them the best!

Well, after waking up at 1:40AM and 2:30AM to talk to “Andy Smith” from New Delhi I’m at the airport to personally
beg for a seat on the 5:40AM and 8:00AM flights. I talked to Sarah yesterday night and luckily our
side of the street has power, but our backyard is a lake. The water has no place to go, so I’m very concerned
about our basement.

If you have seen the news lately the weather in all of Chicagoland has been terrible. I hope I can make it on this
flight as I’ve already turned in my rental car.

UPDATE:  I made the 8:25AM flight on standby!!! I’m back in Chicago…  ready for more rain..

We had a great vacation in Colorado Springs for Joe’s 70th birthday! I previously posted all the photos in one album, but I wanted to show what we did day by day. So, here are the pictures again from day 1 to day 4..

Ava did great on the plane and while driving in the car to CO Springs. She is also very interested in swimming and loves playing in the pool.
