A few results that matter

Improved the agentic customer experience at ActiveCampaign by reducing Support Agent requests 32% through system-level delegator prompt optimization, Langfuse trace analysis, and fast product improvements.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and scale Salesforce Mobile Studio from $0 to $33M ARR through UX iteration, pricing optimization, international expansion, integrations, and onboarding improvements.
Launched data.ai ConnectPlus to benchmark first-party data from mobile apps and grew the ConnectPlus install base to 925K apps across 45 countries using paid ads, partnerships, and growth loops.
Launched the industry’s first LINE integration with Salesforce GroupConnect. The launch of GroupConnect in Japan resulted in 15M monthly active users interacting through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in APAC.
Integrated and launched a WhatsApp marketing automation acquisition to a $1.4M ARR run rate in under five months.
Delivered the first commercial Google Rich Business Messaging campaign with Subway, proving 147% stronger conversion than SMS.
